COVID-19

Our Response

Dear Patients and Community Members,

The health and safety of our patients and staff are of the utmost importance to all of us at Valley Orthopaedic Bone and Joint.

We are currently trying to keep you updated with the prevention and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the current state of our clinic.

At this time, our providers will continue to treat patients, however we will be taking the following precautionary measures to ensure that you, our staff and our providers do
not contract or contribute to the spread of COVID-19.

We will be conducting a prescreen prior to entering our patient lobby. This process will take less than two minutes.

1. You will be asked to complete questionnaire. Listed as follows:

a. Do you have a cough?

b. Do you have a fever or temperature of 101 F? If you are unsure, we will take your temperature

c. Do you have shortness of breath?

d. Have you traveled outside the U.S.?

e. If yes, when and where?

2. We kindly ask that accompanying visitors be kept to a minimum. Only bring someone if it is necessary, as we are trying to comply with the Social Distancing protocols set by the CDC.
a. Refrain from bringing children or those older than 65 years of age unless they are receiving treatment at the clinic.

In efforts to help alleviate the potential risks, we will also be enabling tele-visits within the next week. We will be sending messages out via social media mediums along with
updating our website.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in a time where we are finding out new information on an hourly basis. For details and other resources, please visit:
